1. Definition of Services

Rapidă Printing House provides professional urgent digital printing services, including but not limited to: business cards, flyers, large format posters, and corporate materials for conferences. All services are performed using modern technologies (industrial laser printer, CMYK ink) and quality materials.

The following are strictly prohibited and we will refuse any order involving: forgery of documents, diplomas, offering emergency medical services, or promoting medicines.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Client's Obligations:

• To provide materials for printing in a suitable format and without elements that infringe copyright or legislation.
• To check and confirm digital proofs before final printing.
• To pay for services according to the issued invoice, within the agreed terms.

Obligations of Rapidă Printing House:

• To perform printing services according to the agreed technical specifications.
• To respect the estimated delivery deadlines, except in cases of force majeure.
• To maintain the confidentiality of received data and materials.

3. Limitation of Liability

Rapidă Printing House is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in materials provided by the client. Our liability for any printing defects is limited to redoing the service or refunding the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

4. Intellectual Property

The client declares and warrants that they own all rights to the content submitted for printing. Rapidă Printing House retains the rights to its own templates, layouts, and internally developed technological processes.

Any dispute will be resolved amicably. In case of disagreements, the parties accept the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.
